Weather Update for Jammu & Kashmir (11.10.24)

October 11-15: The region will experience generally dry weather, making it ideal for outdoor activities and travel.

October 16-17: Expect a shift in conditions, with generally cloudy skies. Light rain is anticipated across scattered places in the Kashmir Division, with the possibility of light snowfall over some higher reaches. Isolated areas in the Jammu Division may also see light rain or thunder.

October 18-19: Conditions will remain partly to generally cloudy, with chances of a very light rain spell at a few isolated spots in the Kashmir Division.

• On October 16-17, be prepared for potential light snowfall in higher reaches and gusty winds or thunderstorms in isolated areas. Exercise caution if traveling or hiking in these regions.
