Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board releases provisional list of Accounts Assistants
The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has released the provisional list of selected candidates for the post of Accounts Assistant in the Finance Department.
The list includes 972 candidates, who were selected through a written examination conducted on January 28, 2024.
The JKSSB had advertised the vacancies in December 2020. The minimum qualification for the post was graduation in any stream from‘ a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks. However, candidates with a postgraduate degree or a PhD were also eligible to apply.
The selection process was carried out in accordance with the reservation policy of the Jammu and Kashmir government.
The provisional list has been published on the JKSSB’s website https://jkssb.nic.in/. Candidates can check their roll numbers on the list to see if they have been selected.

The JKSSB will soon announce the date for the document verification process. Selected candidates will be required to submit their original documents for verification at the designated venue.
