An important notification has been released by the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) regarding the provisional selection list for the post of Field Inspector.
The JKSSB had earlier published the selection list on 20th February 2024 on its official website www.jkssb.nic.in. The post of Field Inspector is for UT Cadre of the Forest & Ecology Department.

Along with uploading the selection list, the Board had also notified the email address for receiving representations from candidates as [email protected]. This was announced in notification no. JKSSB-SDOSECY(JMU)/9/2024-03 dated 20.02.2024.
However, JKSSB has now issued a revised notice informing all candidates that the email address has been changed. As per the latest update, candidates should send their representations concerning the selection list to [email protected] instead of the previously announced email id.

The window for sending representations is 5 days from the date of issuance of this new notice. So candidates have time until 27th February 2024 to email their concerns or objections regarding the provisional list.
The JKSSB has advised all aspiring candidates to only use the new email address [email protected] to submit their representations within the designated timeline. This important notice has been released to avoid any confusion regarding the correct email id for correspondence.

The Board has asked the Director Information & Public Relations to publish this notice in leading newspapers of Jammu and Srinagar for three consecutive days for wider publicity. Candidates are also advised to regularly check the official JKSSB website for latest updates.
