The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has issued the official notification for filling the online examination form for Class 10th Session Annual Regular 2025. The following are the steps and important guidelines for schools and students:

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Read the Notification: Schools are required to access the official notification issued by JKBOSE for Class 10th Session Annual Regular 2025. The link for the online form is available on the homepage titled “Online Examination Form for Class 10th Session Annual Regular, 2025”.
  2. Form Access through School Account: The examination form can only be filled through the school’s official login. Schools need to open the Office Login window, enter the School ID and Password provided by the board, and proceed to fill the examination forms for their students.

  1. Select the Relevant Option: Once logged in, click on the “Examination Form 10th” option available on the school login dashboard.
  2. Fill Examination Form: Enter the correct Registration Number, which can be accessed from the “Students” tab under the “Reports” section after selecting the Class IX and Session 2023-2025.
  3. Fetch and Complete the Form: After entering the Registration Number, use the “Get Details” option to automatically fetch the candidate’s data (including photographs and other details). The form requires uploading a signature (not exceeding 50KB) and other necessary fields. Ensure all details, especially photographs, subjects, and signatures, are correct before submitting.
  4. Submission to Principal: Once the form is completed and submitted, the request will be automatically forwarded to the respective institution’s Principal Account.
  5. Fee Payment through Institution: The prescribed examination fee must be paid through the Clerk Account of the respective institution, once approved by the Principal. Students are not allowed to pay the fee directly.

Important Notes:

  • No Corrections After Fee Payment: Once the fee is paid, corrections to the form are not allowed. It is the responsibility of the institution to ensure that all particulars are accurately filled before making the payment.
