Santoor Scholarship Programme 2024-25: Empowering Young Women in Education
The Santoor Scholarship Programme 2024-25 is designed to support young women from economically disadvantaged backgrounds in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Telangana, and Chhattisgarh. This initiative helps these students pursue undergraduate education in fields like humanities, liberal arts, and sciences.
Eligibility Criteria
To apply, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Be a young woman from an underprivileged background residing in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Telangana, or Chhattisgarh.
Have completed Class 10 from a government school.
Have passed Class 12 from a government school or junior college in the academic year 2023-24.
Enroll in a full-time, minimum 3-year graduate programme starting in 2024-25.

Additional Preference
Priority will be given to students from aspirational (backward) districts, especially those with a strong interest in humanities, liberal arts, and sciences.
Scholarship Benefits
Selected scholars will receive INR 24,000 per year to support their educational journey.
