JKBOPEE Announces 3rd Round Counseling for B.Sc. Nursing, Paramedical, and Technology Courses 2024
The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has announced the schedule for the third round of physical counseling for admissions to B.Sc. Nursing, B.Sc. Paramedical, and B.Sc. Technology courses for the academic year 2024-25. This round aims to fill the remaining seats in both government and private colleges across J&K, including reserved categories.
According to Notification No. 116-BOPEE of 2024, the third round of counseling will be held from September 27 to October 5, 2024. Candidates who have secured a minimum of 25 marks in the Common Entrance Test (CET) are eligible to participate. The extension of the admission deadline for these programs by the Indian Nursing Council (INC) until October 31, 2024 allows more students to avail themselves of this opportunity.
Counseling Schedule:
The counseling sessions will take place at the BOPEE offices in Jammu and Srinagar, with specific dates assigned based on rank. Below is the detailed schedule:

Key Changes:
Reduced Eligibility Criteria: The minimum marks required in the CET have been lowered from 45 to 25 to ensure maximum participation.
Provisional Admission: Seat allotments during this round will be provisional and subject to the outcome of any pending court cases.

All candidates must bring the following documents in original for verification:
– Domicile Certificate
– 12th Class Marks Card
– Date of Birth Certificate (as per matriculation)
– Category Certificate (if applicable)
– Diploma Certificate for Lateral Entry Candidates
Important Instructions:
Candidates must report to the BOPEE offices between 8:30 AM and 10:00 AM for registration on their respective counseling days.
Counseling fee of INR 1000 is to be paid via POS machines at the venue for those attending for the first time.
