JKSBOTE Re-evaluation Notice for 2nd and 4th Semester NEP 2020 Scheme Exams
The Jammu & Kashmir Board of Technical Education (JKSBOTE) has issued a notice regarding the re-evaluation and photocopy application process for students of government and private polytechnics in the Union Territories of J&K and Ladakh. This is applicable for students who appeared in the 2nd and 4th semester exams (NEP 2020 Scheme) held during the May-June 2024 session.
Key Details:
– The online forms for re-evaluation and photocopy of answer scripts will be available from September 12, 2024, to September 22, 2024. Students can access the forms on the official JKSBOTE website, www.jksbotelive.com, through the examination portal.
– Students must log into their accounts, which were created during the submission of the examination forms, to apply for re-evaluation.
– Payments for the re-evaluation or photocopy requests can be made online via Internet Banking, Credit, or Debit Cards.
Important Points:
– Principals of polytechnic institutions are requested to assist students in filling out their forms, if necessary.
– There is no need to submit any physical copies of the forms to the Board or Institute, but students are advised to retain a printed copy for their records.
– In case of any issues while filling out the forms, students can email their concerns to [email protected].
Eligibility for Re-evaluation and Photocopy:
– Students who have secured at least 20% marks in the exam can apply for re-evaluation.
– All students, regardless of their marks, can request a photocopy of their answer script. If discrepancies are found, they may then apply for re-evaluation.
Students are advised to complete the process before the deadline to avoid any last-minute complications.
